self talking and vocal stimming

Hello I am new to group.

My child does self talking and vocal stimming. He will repeat scripts from

videos or conversations held in the classroom at school. When he is at home

watching you tube, he bangs around and vocal stims. You can hear him outside

the house he is so loud. He is 16 and in the transition stage. Any

recoomendations for IEP, home, community? You all know this odd behavior can be

frightening to those who don't understand the disability. We have had people

leave the bus stop where we are standing because they were afraid.
