Guest guest
Could help. Can't hurt. Medical geographer, Harold , Ph.D. presents an interesting hypothesis to control HIV/AIDS. Studies have been conducted with three of the four nutrients he discusses. Each has been shown in published studies to improve some measures that indicate improvements in HIV. Not " cures " but improvements. All four nutrients have not been studied together yet. If all four are required - as he says, providing three of them would be helpful but not as helpful as all four. This is like a boat that has four holes in the floor. Plugging three of them would slow the sinking of the boat, but not stop it. However, from the published data on optimal effects for these nutrients for other purposes, I'd hazard a guess of: 500 mg NAC 3 x day 500 - 1000 mg tryptophan 3 x day 200 mcg selenium 3 x day 12 grams of glutamine (1 heaping tablespoon) 3 x day. Plus a strong multi-vitamin, mineral supplement of four tablets per day or more. Mooney www.michaelmooney.net www.medibolics.com
