I will have to double check on that, but if my CRS isn't working overtime it is a balancing move..standing in the roundhouse position. We ended up doing the Advanced today..because it was the hubby's birthday so he got to choose...lol..he did it to get away from the floor ab work..but he forgot how much ab work was in the tape. >> I am really glad I ordered the new Live 4 pack cuz I like the Basic more than any other Basic and the Advanced more than any other Advanced and the 8 minute one is better than I originally thought. Barb who really doesn't need more work-outs but is still sad about missing TaeBo TV

I called to get the new live 4-pack, and they offered me an extra set for $25, with free shipping! Maybe some of you could get together and split it >> that is an awesome deal cuz it even matches the QVC price for the first set. Yes, we call the new live 4-pack, the tapes. gets a lot of camera time on the basic. She has long blondish hair tied in a pony tail, and is wearing a black sort of tummy-bearing top and black pants with a small white stripe on them. They show her doing the single speedbag where one arm stays straight and the squat front kicks, and the double jabs (you can see her magnificent foot work). In the advanced she is wearing a yellow taebo t-shirt and has her punch into his hands and gets her to start counting out loud. Congratulations on getting your mother to try taebo. That is great! Guest guest
Thanks Elena - I just did the " Basic " tonight, so I had to pull it out again when I saw your email so I could see who she was. , I can see why everyone says you should become an instructor!! You are a tae-bo lean, mean, fighting machine! You always inspire me on the list - now you will also inspire me in the tapes! I hope my cable company gets tae-bo tv before the rest of you are on from the Feb. tapings!! --G etcarroll <etcarrol-@...> wrote: original article:tae-bo_on/?start=14998 > wrote: > > > > Are the " tapes " the new live 4-pack? I've got a black workout top that shows a little of my stomach and black workout pants. My hair is in a ponytail. I'm standing right next to the riser. In the advanced tape, I'm on the right hand side of the tv screen in the back row right in front of the back riser. I've got a bright yellow tae-bo shirt and black workout pants. I'm the one is trying to get to count when I'm punching his hands and I have no idea what he's trying to get me to do until I hear him talking to the camera and then I start counting..LOL! Anyway....that's great that you can borrow your mom's tapes. I love all four of those tapes!
