Guest guest
Hi All! I have a " stupid " question. You all have been heavily talking about Taebo TV. Of course, I highly doubt that it will EVER make it to Germany, but I was just wondering whats up with it? Is it 24-7 Taebo? Or just at specific times? Is it live (recorded)? I wish I could get it! *sigh* Thanx to anyone responding!! mixmasta_heather

I guess it might be available through the regular cable stations at some point in time, but I think right now it's only those with DirectTV or Dish Network that can get it. The workouts are live classes but they are taped. Like, when the group of went out to LA for the tapings in February....those will be on tae-bo tv! I think they are on from like 6am to 6pm and they keep rotating the workouts....Instructional, Basic and Advanced throughout the day. New workouts come out on Mondays and Saturdays. So you get 2 new Basic workouts and 2 new Advanced workouts per week. You can either pay $3.99 per day or get it for the month for $19.95! Hope that answers your questions! Anyone feel free to correct me if I was wrong about anything

Tae-Bo TV is actually 12-7 Taebo. In my area, it is on from 5:00 am to 5:00 pm every day. On Mondays and Fridays, they change workouts, so there are two new Advanced and Basic workouts every week. I've been told that once the workout has been used, it doesn't come back again. They also run an Instructional four times a day as well. It is prerecorded in a format similar to the Live! tapes.
