step for me towards the right direction and a lot of ppl are able to see the

TOTAL change in my personality that it has made. THANK YOU TAEBO!!!

Another type of eating disorder or rather more of a life style disorder that

Tae-Bo changed for me was denial and/or premature acceptance?

..... denial that I cannot do anything about my fitness so I may as well

accept it and eat whatever I wanted and vegetate and enjoy my life instead of

fighting a losing battle.

It was a self-imposed mental setpoint accepting my physical setpoint mostly

from laziness, apathy, and from the years of small attempts to change things

followed by failure.

In other words, I didn't care or didn't realize how much I did care till

Tae-Bo showed me the way. Yeah if I did care enough, any exercise and diet

combination would have helped but TB made me care, showing me that it was

never too late and how enjoyable getting fit can be

This is why I wish Tae-Bo was more modified to appeal to the masses even more

cuz many folks give up on it too soon thinking it is too hard or dangerous.

The fine line between a Basic and Advanced format seems to be disappearing

and becoming nothing more than the number of minutes of each format.

Especially the Basic work-outs should be slowed down with less reps and even

more fun with more modifications suggested and should be available in two 30

minute work-outs on one tape that can be done separately or back-to-back

since they cost the same as the Advanced work-outs cuz warm-up and cooldown

steal away the precious cardio minutes and folks who are on a Basic level

need even more warm-up and cooldown advice and modifications

Believe it or not, the format of 's Crunch Kickology and Jam tape was

more on the right track cuz did modified stretches and there were less

reps of each move although it was alittle too fast and very disorganized

(alittle too *LIVE*) and not the same we see in TB.

who sees the new Live 4 pack as a great improvement cept the Basic probably

is too tough for beginners

Barb, you should send a copy of this message to (I don't know how;

maybe to the WTC?) and to TBQ. They need to hear what you are

saying. Putting two basics on one tape makes a lot of sense.
