I've got two fantastic videos that incorporates kickboxing with

stepping. Do you mind sharing what tapes these are? I only tried one kickboxing

tape and it was awful so I haven't bought any others. Do you have any

weight training tapes to offer by chance? I was looking at the

Austin one as it was only 30 minutes but didn't break down and buy it. I need to get something though as I am tired of Kathy 's tape. Thanks! le

Hi le-The two tapes that I'm talking about is produced by Greg

The two tapes are part of his Y2K collection. Y2k01 is my favorite

tape. The instructor is Gay Gasper and she is just super. You can

read the full description of this tape as well as the other

step/kickboxing tape at the website. The other tape is Y2k04. Again,

you can't go wrong with this tape. CIA tapes are known for their

excellent routines and at times, complex choerography. These two tapes

aren't near as hard in the cherography dept. Just a ton of fun to do.

Do you have the Discovery Health channel? If so, they have an

excellent weight lifting segment on (days vary) lead by Cathe

Freidrich, who in my opinion is one of the best out there. The

segments that I've caught are the same segments from her PS series

tapes, that I own. It would definitely be worth recording these

segments.
