This is a two-fold Prayer Request

1. My friend Barb is going through a bone marrow transplant and is struggling a

little bit right now, in tons of pain and her throat has closed. I have not

heard from them in 3 days so I am quite worried as she might need a trach to

help her breath. The chemo is so nasty but she is done with it now, now all we

have to do is make sure that the donor marrow does it's stuff. So Prayers for

her please - this is the most important one - she is very young and has 4

children and a wonderful husband.

2. the second request is that you keep in your prayers starting tomorrow the

Newark Boy Scout Troop 42 as they head out on their first campout of the summer

- to summer camp at Canyon Camp in Stockton, IL. This area has been hit with

horrible rains and tornados. The camp is okay but it is calling for rain and

high humidity for most of the week. I am asking that we prayer for safe driving

to/from and a safe time away from the nasty storms that have plagued this area

as well.

Thank you so much for allowing me to put up these prayer requests I always feel

more comfortable when people pray for our Boy Scout Troop when they go out -

cause it is my husband and son who are part of the group going out.
