Sometimes I think I get a more intense workout with the basics because with the slower pace I can really concentrate on the muscles that I am using. Guest guest
Hi Pamela-I think you're making a wise choice by alternating between basic and advance. I too wore myself out by doing all advance work seven days a week. Boy, it will be hard to choose which one is the best. Here are my choices, BL#6, BL#3, BL#4, BL#2, BL#1 and BL#5. The kind that even a GOOD sports bra couldn't help. lol If you decide to order BL2, you may find the need to modify depending on how much bouncing you can stand. For example, jumping jacks, I just do the arm movements and jog in place to minimize the bouncing. Other than that, I like the tape, so I just modify. Since I only have BL1 and 2 plus the original set, I can't really talk about BL3 or 6, but BL3 is due to hit my mailbox any day now and I can't wait!!! Enjoy whichever tape you decide to get!! --G
Guest guest
Hmmmm....I was trying to figure out the bouncing thing. LOL I am a 40C and I don't really recall bouncing that much. In the Basic Studio there is a part where youare bouncing around on your toes/feet. I do want to get a sports bra, but mostly because my bra straps keep falling down and it gets annoying. Oh sorry I wasn't around much yesterday. If anyone ever needs anything about the list or the website write me a personal email, cause I go for my inbox first and Tae-Bo is at the bottom of my list.
