But I got Danny's IEP reopened. I wrote a semi nasty letter to my case worker

at the Co-Op explaining that she missed some things, and that she was possibly

going against the law by now performing an evaluation for OT in an evaluation

year - she knows that is what I want OT services.

I told her I was not going to sign the IEP as it is, cause it is one missing the

behavior plan, speech services are supposed to be on consult, doesn't have an

accommodation for handwriting and no mention that he needs fidgets in his class

even though he carries them with him.

It also doesn't mention that he is supposed to have the same lock and a second

set of text books at home.

I don't think we were even in the same IEP cause my notes do not agree with hers

at all. She also didn't put in the reports from my private OT and PT.

Arrgh, when I read it, I just started storming around the house - Dan thought I

was mad at him, had to explain that I wasn't but that I was mad at the school.

He asked if he was going to have to switch schools and I said no Mr. DeMay

(Superintendent) was working on his case and he said oh good he will fix it, he

always does for me.

Thats all the IEP news I have. If you have been following me on facebook you

will know that we are still having trouble with our baby lizard and that I have

terrible back pain and a MRI was just done on Friday. I hope it's nothing, but

I would like an answer for why it hurts so dang much.
