Guest guest Posted April 25, 2006 Report Share Posted April 25, 2006 Hi everyone, I'm new to this group, and I have a 9yr old dd with ocd. She has many obsessions and compulsions, but her newest is very troubling to me, and I was wondering if any of you have ever experienced this with your child. I have been noticing lately, as well as her teacher, that she is constantly moving her hands and feet, or her eyebrows up and down. She told me that she does this because everytime she hears someone talk, whether it be a person, or tv, or radio, she counts the number of syllables in what they are saying and has to move her body to the number.
