Guest guest
Kim, Thank you for sharing your experience with me. Since it has taken a long time for my son to feel comfortable enough to share some of his thoughts with me, he could easily be concealing compulsions in his head, like counting. Guest guest
I was just reading this post and a few before -- that were related -- and casually asked my 14 y/o if he counts very much and then in what circumstance. (He's normally very hard to get anything out of). He said yeah he counts and when I asked another question he gave me a little more detail. Point ---- he seems to be opening up slowly as I just occasionally ask questions in passing like I'm just curious, and he's getting used to his dad and I talking about some postings here as I go thru them (120 today!) He seems to be getting used to the subject and feeling he won't be so judged. --- T Naranjo <tamara_naranjo@...> wrote: --------------------------------- Kim, Thank you for sharing your experience with me.
