Guest guest
Great question, Kay! I have been wondering about the same for quite some time myself. Annie and are four and a half... doesnt want a pillow, but I wonder if Annie might like to rest her little head on one...she has a little lamb that she lays her head on, but I wonder if a pillow might be even more comfy...Any advice would be great. Happy New Year to all ) Love, B. (mom to twins Ann and Kate)
Guest guest
Kay: I probably could have put a standard pillow in the boy's toddler beds when we moved them there from the crib, but I didn't (they each had a tiny little pillow that I picked up a the church craft sale that they liked). I just recently put " regular " sized pillows on their bed when I bought them a " toddler bed set " which had sheets, pillow case and comforter. I think as long as they aren't infants then it's ok. Guest guest
All three of my boys got regular pillows when they moved from cribs to beds at age two. Kind of a right of passage for them.... Ok.. question back to you all... Those who have toddler bed did you ever wish you got a full size bed? I have noticed lately,Dayton is all over the place.. floor and wall and under bed... where ever in the room..lol With the first two boys, we got regular beds, toddler beds seemed like such a waste because you'd just have to buy the regular bed later. When turned two, we didn't have room for another twin bed, so we did break down and buy the toddler bed. Now, we are stuck with it, but it did serve our need at the time. Guest guest
Hello all, I found small pillows at the fabric store that are about 10" square. loves to sleep on that, or on a fairly firm couch pillow (decorative one, not belonging to the couch). It is a little bigger, maybe 12: square and I just have a pillow case on it. Neither pillow is very "fluffy" but still evavates the head a bit, and he certainly sleeps better with it. There are my 2 cents worth! Happy New Year! Casey, mom to (DS) and ,
Guest guest
Kay, Ashton and Landon started using a pillow around age 2 1/2. Landon is still in the crib because he hasn't attempted to climb out. We have stairs and I am so frightened that he would try to go up there at night. My mom has bought him the Little Tikes race car bed so I am going to make that transition in a few months. I guess I will put a gate up at his room when I do that. Ashton has been sleeping in a toddler bed for quite awhile. They still share a room but I am planning to move Landon into another room sometime in the next few months. Anyone else still using a crib with a 3 1/2 year old? mom to Landon (Ds) and Ashton 3 > New question. At what age did you let your child start sleeping on a > standard size pillow?
