Guest guest
I don't think the kid has Down syndrome. He is very tall and thin (not to say kids with DS can't be tall and thin, but you know) with very large hands, long fingers. Maybe he has Fragile X syndrome... but I think he's just a kid with out-turned ears (no syndrome attached). Nice photo though! I love old photos! And I love Pugs! ) Cheers, Sara --On Friday, November 09, 2001, 8:48 AM -0800 Judi Grossman <judig2@...> wrote: > I'm not so sure I agree w/the description. Guest guest
And here is another... http://cgi.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem & item=1030316187 How the heck can anyone see that she has Down syndrome?? She looks like maybe she was born without eyes and is blind maybe... but DS? Eh! Sometimes I think that people think that all people with special needs have DS. (Especially when the kid has his/her mouth open!) Oh well... cute pic, I guess. Cheers! Sara
Guest guest
I second that! He doesn't look like he has DS. His features aren't quiet right. Guest guest
I think these pictures are very interesting. I happen to have a picture, taken sometime in the early 1900's of two children. The baby may have Down syndrome....but the picture is just gorgeous. Guest guest
Who the heck writes the descriptions of these photos!!!! I can't make out any of the features of any of the subjects in the second photo - how on earth did they assume that the child has the features of a child with Ds? Does anyone write to Ebay to let them know that their descriptions aren't quite accurate?! **Sigh** Carolyn Re: Check out this picture on Ebay > > > And here is another... > > http://cgi.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem & item=1030316187 > > How the heck can anyone see that she has Down syndrome?? Guest guest
Ebay doesn't write the descriptions. Each individual seller does, and I'm afraid any information you might relate to the seller would fall on " deaf " ears, so to speak. I love buying and selling on ebay, but you do get ALL kinds on there. Re: Check out this picture on Ebay Who the heck writes the descriptions of these photos!!!!
