Carolyn,

For I got a cat coustume on eBay, and for , a giraffe costume at the kids used clothing store. I can't see spending a lot of money this year when I don't even know if they will wear them, but I'm looking forward to the evening, even if all we do is stay home and pass out candy! How about your kids? What are they going to be?

Casey, mom to (DS) and , 23mo.

Carolyn, Ashton and Landon are going to be Raggedy Ann

and Andy. I ordered their costumes from Birthday

Express and I can't wait to get them. I am such a big

fan of Raggedy Ann and Andy so I thought I better do

that before they were old enough to choose their own.

I can't wait to hear from others. Good topic Car!

I hope everyone will take LOTS of pictures of their kids dressed up and

share with the group! Remember... if you need free scanning, I'll be more

than happy to do it for you!

Cheers!

Awwww! She's such a girl! :o))) Sounds adorable... she is perfect Lil' Bo

Peep!

I was " Super Dog " (my own invention, but I was soooooo insistant on being

it that my mother made me the costum herself) when I was 4 years old. That

was the first time I knew 100% what I " needed " to be. I also had her make

me Charlie Chaplin, Shira Princess of Power, a piece of Matza, an old lady,

and Zoro... among my many other brillant ideas. One year I was the

Grouch, including his garbage can and worm friend. I wasn't very much into

" girlie " things when I was young. My mother was such a good sport though.

:o) My sister (3 years older than me) was a bride every year of her

childhood life. We still have the box of Halloween costums in our basment

and there are about 6 brides costums, in every childhood size, from my

sister.

Cheers!

Oh , How cute! I would love for and Dayton to dress up.

Athought I bought her a fairy outfit today and tried it on tonight and said

NO... Oh well...

They both hate the idea of loud noises and all the BOO sounds. We may for

once stay home..

Thought of Dayton of a cowboy.... too cute.

We will see in time.

Sara,

Thanks for sharing your childhood memories of Halloween...different personalities sure emerge through costumes. I loved to hear all of the things that you were. Kids seem to so enjoy this holiday. I took our three big boxes of Halloween costumes, decorations, and other Halloween items we have collected down for the kids to go through tonight. They had a great time for four hours trying on old costumes, the boys terrifying Sara with the scarey masks, and putting up decorations.
