Guest guest
> Thank you very much for responding to my post. You are right about > posting the numbers of how low and high test results were. > Unfortunely the lab my pediatrician used (a regular hospital lab) > just used H or L and no numbers. Pediatrician didn't want to use > DDL, or Metametrix labs, he thinks they are " rigged " & someone is > making money using those labs & insisted we used the lab he is > affilated with. > Thanks, Gee... neither he nor the lab he is affiliated with make money doing tests, but DDI (which I bet charges a lot less for the test) does... Kind of like surgeons who charge many thousands for an hour or two of operating room time complaining that " quacks " practice alternative medicine to loot patients when those " quacks " charge $90 an hour or so for follow up visits, and a whopping $275 or so for an hour or two intake appointment where the doc spends a couple of hours charting and reading after the patient is gone... And of course QUACK labs upset patients by giving them NUMBERS that they might misinterpret, instead of just putting H and L and WNL on the report so the physician can tell them there is nothing wrong.... Don't I have a bad attitude? Andy Cutler
