Guest guest
Thanks...O.K., then the correct dosage would be between 15-30 mg every 3-4 hours round the clock and start with the larger dosage and adjust as needed, right?

You can get ALA in any form you want by looking around. DMSA is in 100 mg caps unless you have a compounding pharmacist do it otherwise for you - and they mostly need an Rx for that. > If a child weighs 65 pounds (29.5 kg), the dosage would be approximately > 30-60 mg for both DMSA and ALA every 3-4 hours round the clock for 3-4 days > and then off 3-4 days...is this right? A Mostly correct. I'd use about half the dosage you suggest. Mercury toxic people get worse with HBOT. Andy
Guest guest
Andy, Could you expand on your statement below concerning HBOT? Is this a theoretically determined statement, or based upon published data, or anecdotal information, and if anecdotal, how many cases roughly? Thanks, Chris > > Mercury toxic people get worse with HBOT. > > > >
Guest guest
Kirkman now sells DMSA in 50mg caps. > > What form does ALA and DMSA come in (capsule, caplet, gelcap, > liquid, > > powder??) and is there a standard strength that it's available in? > > You can get ALA in any form you want by looking around. Guest guest
A couple months back I remember somebody posted that HBOT should NOT be used in mercury toxic individuals. Don't know anymore details, so I guess it's best to check to archives.
