I don't understand. If a hair analysis might not show up mercury and the

DMSA isn't good how do you determine if there are levels of mercury? What

test is done? I thought these were the two tests to do.

Do a doctor's data hair analysis and use the 'counting rules' that you

can download from the e-groups site here.

These are the tests. I think Andy's comment about the provocative urine

being dangerous was in regards to some doctor's giving extremely high doses

of chelators just to test rather than safe rounds of chelation and testing.

DMSA is relatively safe if given in appropriate doses. It is important to

know, however, that sometimes you could do a few rounds of chelation before

any mercury shows up because it may be tightly bound or other metals may be

coming out first.
