Guest guest
Hi all, I know this is off subject, but I really need an answer. My friends that go to college out of town/state are back in town for the holiday. . before college starts back up in a few weeks. . I miss them- but I don't want to do stuff with them and become attached to them. . becasue their going to be gone and I don't want to be sad becasue their gone and at college. .. I was wondering what I should I tell my friends. . becasue at church I barely said anything to them. .and I need to tell them why I didn't say anything. . and I was needing advice. . If you could see them clearly, naturally you could do a great deal to get rid of them, but you can't. You can only see one thing clearly and that is your goal. Form a mental vision of that and cling to it through thick and thin. Guest guest
Hi , I understand on getting attach with them as they are visiting from out of state and then getting sad due to them having to return to college. But, my opinion to this cherish every opportunity with them with God willing as they are willing to spend some time with you. Time is precious so enjoy your outing with them so that there would be no hard feelings of not hanging around with them. Once they leave just pray for them on a safe trip back and Thank god that they wanted to make time for you. You have all the time in the world to be sad once they leave. But, remember just try to stay busy and the time you spent with them you shall always remember. So luck on your decision. Guest guest
Yeah, your absoutly right- tthanks Charlyne. Have a happy new year also. rebecca Hi , You will miss your friends but you should enjoy the time with them while they are around. Happy memories are not sad ones. You should tell them how much you do miss them. Enjoy and have a happy new year. Charlyne Mom to Zeb 10 DS/OCD ?
