Guest guest
Hi Andy and everyone, O.k. It's time for my almost New Year's question. I have a little girl at home (3 years 4 months) with whom I began chelation about a month or so ago. When she was 2 years and 3 months we took blood, stool, hair analysis etc. and she was off the charts for Mercury. We would like to get some type of base line data for her to see mercury levels. Unfortunately she is not potty trained and the urine collection bags do not work well at all (lose a lot of urine). Any suggestions?? Second problem is we wanted to do the Comprehensive Liver Detox test (Great Smokies), and yet again the child has to fast and we have to take urine in that ten hour fasting period (which of course would be at night). I called the lab and they said you can't even lose more than a tsp. or the test is inaccurate. How does anyone do this with a little girl?? Even the girl at the lab thought it would be very difficult to take this test and I should consult with my doctor. So anyone have any ideas?? I think getting some kind of baseline to see how the mercury is coming out, and getting the full Phase I and Phase II Liver Detox results is very important, especially for her age and size (3 yrs., 27lbs). Thanks for your help from NYC
