In Austin they even have group homes where they try to put them in homes where they have similar problems one of them is for this eating disorder. I know I have the name of it written down somewhere but...... Anyway, they cannot tell when they are full usually and will eat or drink themselves sick. Rudy's main problem is with the drinking part.
