Just make sure that Mags is getting enough fluids...

or else she'll get really sick! She may get tired from

drinking from the sippy cup and not drink as much as

she should. Might have to take it slow with her and

offer her a bottle sometimes and sippy cup when you

know she is thirsty.

Yikes.

My girls are 11 months and I am taking the bottle away

by a year. I am not

sure if Maggie will be able to master the tippie cup

by then, so we will

see. Sara however will be mad! I have been letting

her fall asleep with a

bottle. I know it is bad. I am taking it away, well

maybe starting

tonight. I plan to start reading to her in the

rocking chair, she can have

a little bottle but then I am going to lay her down

and let her cry. We did

it with our son and he seems okay today.

Wish me luck

I also have a child that does not want to sleep and is

up at 2:45am!

and Sloan have been fighting a change of

season cold,but does not

slow them down!(DS) has ALWAYS been a good

sleeper!It's his sister

Sloan that seems to not require alot of sleep. She has

been teething and

thats what I blame her not sleeping on and now this

cold!AAUUGGHH!!This past

Thursday and Friday she was up and down all

night.Saturday and Sunday night

she was up once or twice for half hour or so...but

Monday night and last

night she was up from 2:45am to 5 or 6.

Part of our problem is that we still hold and feed

them a bottle til they

fall asleep. They can fall asleep on their own,but when

they choose to.

My husband and I are about to go crazy! We've been

talking about starting to

just lay them down and go from there.

Anyone have any suggestions to help us with this

transition??

Living in the desert has made us very cautious of dehydration. It was a big

concern while I was pregnant last summer.

Everyone cross your fingers. My husband is starting the resume

hand-out/interview process for the big job. We spent about $800 on his

interview wardrobe this weekend, he has a very new and professional looking

haircut and most important he has a wife and three children! We need that

good job that all college graduates are looking for. His major is very

sought after. So far we have heard " offers " from Boston and Pittsburgh.

Can't wait to move across the country with three children 3 and under!
