Stuart Berger has disallowed credible witnesses to appear before his court. I would RECOMMEND no one ever lets this man try their case UNLESS they have very MURKY credentials.

I will have to remember that particular pun.  The present administration and even some of the judicial system has become very MURKY indeed (oh, is that spelled Merck?).
