Guest guest
I rather think someone should contact Letterman for a top ten comeback to their little "speaking" incident: 10. "Autism Speaks silences teen with Autism for speaking". 9. "Autism Speaks claims to speak for those who can't; yet silences those who can." 8. If they can't handle it when someone with autism speaks out - perhaps Autism Speaks shouldn't be speaking at all.... 7. If Autism Speaks truly understood Autism - they would applaud someone with Autism who can speak - not try to silence them... 6. How many speech therapy sessions for a child who cannot speak, could what Autism Speaks spent on attorney fee's have paid for? Ya'll fill in the rest... M. GuppyDon't tell God how big your storm is - tell the storm how big your God is! Texas Autism Advocacy: "There are some aspects of a person's life that we have no right to compromise. We cannot negotiate the size of an institution. No one should live in one. We cannot debate who should get an inclusive education. Everyone should. We cannot determine who does and who does not get the right to make their own choices and forge their own futures. All must."
