Energy bill will encourage light bulbs containing mercury

It's lights out for traditional light bulbs

Now I understand that using more energy efficient light bulbs will

actually decrease the amount of mercury in the environment coming out

of coal fired power plants. However, I don't think I want 5-6 mg of

Hg in CFLs in every lamp in my house when my autistic twins have

knocked over a lamp and broken the light bulb at least once every 6

months over the last few years.
