Minimally

Rubberdam - to prevent swallowing and inhalation.

Nosepiece - either to an independent air source or out of the immediate area.

Damp gauze protection for the eyes - glasses may be acceptable if the

patient feels claustrophobic.

Filtration of air for mercury - preferably using a dedicated unit

scavenging close to the mouth.

Huggins recommends more I think.............

For the UK - very difficult - I know of a few which I've found on the net

but have heard that things are rather dismal here in UK
