Dear Gail and everyone:

I am so happy to hear of your good fortune with your dh Gail! That

is sooooo very wonderful for you , him and your whole family I'm

sure. I (just as you do I'm sure) give all the glory to God for

his miraculous recovery! God is truly awesome in what he can and

does do for us all.

Along this same line, I am again asking for everybody's prayers for

a miracle for my marriage and my family. It is still not what it

should be for me or youngest children. They rarely ever see their

father and older brother anymore. And if it is at all within the

realm of possiblities I would be eternally grateful if God could see

fit to restore my family's togetherness. Thanks so much for your

compassion and prayers. I am slowly but steadily adjusting to life

being only me and my two little ones...we have no family, no friends,

no church support. Totally alone 24/7. Well not totally alone...I

do have God by myside and as long as this internet service stays

on...I have you guys and Uno Mas (another wonderfully supportive

group). Thanks for being here.

Sincerely,

Lyn

dh update

Hey guys,

Just wanted to share this with all of you, since you did this to my dh. :-)

He went for his stress test yesterday. Has had them every year since his

heart attack a few years back. He walked the whole thing on the tread mill!

Has NEVER done that before. He's not even on blood pressure meds anymore.

He's in better health now than he has ever been. In the past couple of weeks

he has been to a show at the college, 2 cook-outs with friends and 2 swim get

togethers. That's more than we've done together in 26 years of marriage!

It's like I'm married to a different man! LOL He has always been a homebody

and I'm the one who takes the kids to these functions. Just wanted to let

you know how you guys have changed my life...Thanks again!

Gail,

This is exactly how I am. I'm great during a crisis; it's afterwards

that I fall apart.......because then it's safe!! So fall apart! We're

here to catch ya!! ;-)
