Guest guest
All neurodiverse nitwits try to stand in the way of activism for vaccine accountability. They aren't all in favor drugs though since they like to celebrate the brain damage they were born with. You can find over 15,000 of these people at Wrong Planet.net and many of the bloggers can be found at the Autism Hub (of insanity). They don't like the NYU ads because the ads paint them as broken instead of celebrating the joy of autism. > > I'm trying to put together an email/article showing the ways in which > certain ND groups do NOT stand against the drugging campaign against > children and stand in the way of activism for vaccine accountability. > > Which ND groups are friendly with Autism Speaks? Guest guest
Thanks for the links! I'm trying to write a balanced piece. I know why some well-meaning but otherwise uninformed people initially sympathize with NDs self-described fight for respect and equal treatment. Most people don't know that many ND groups are attempting to block information on treatments and preventative measures parents use to avoid the condition altogether. I knew that the objections to the ransom ads had little or nothing to do with Koplewicz's checkered, COI-ridden history or even the involvement with AS or drug promotion for infants. If anyone runs accross discussions of the ransom campaign in which bloggers say otherwise nice things about the agenda of the NYU center, it would be helpful (as in, Well, they shouldn't target our wonderful condition but boy, those bipolar and depressed kids should be drugged to Kingdom Come, etc.) > > > > I'm trying to put together an email/article showing the ways in which > > certain ND groups do NOT stand against the drugging campaign against > > children and stand in the way of activism for vaccine accountability. > > > > Which ND groups are friendly with Autism Speaks? Guest guest
Like the " joy of head trauma " or the " joy of poisoning? " I cannot imagine somebody with Multiple Sclerosis (for instance... a disease with similar causes, but different pathologies at a non-developmental stage of life) identifying their very self with their disease. Until we can get everyone to see that autism is a disease process affecting development... the neurodiverse just won't get it. > > All neurodiverse nitwits try to stand in the way of activism for > vaccine accountability. Guest guest
I think it's like those who are deaf. There is an entire community of deaf people who feel they are perfect and to try and restore hearing is offensive to them. I cannot relate, but also respect their joy of living. I also am happy for those who are happy having autism; obviously few adults recover, they should be proud of who they are. But the ND crowd goes far beyond celebrating who they are; they try to put down any chance of helping these kids not be sick, miserable, etc. There's a big difference between being proud of being a geek and being proud of being 30 yrs old and defecating on one's self multiple times a day without any ability to keep clean. Guest guest
Debi, There aren't really any people who are happy about having autism. That's just the lie that Neuroinsanity wants you to believe. > > > > Like the " joy of head trauma " or the " joy of poisoning? Guest guest
Actually , I know a couple here locally. One is nonverbal but will let you have it via computer. But, she also has autism! I mean, she doesn't seem to have any problem with the burden she places by requiring 24hr caregiving and stinks to high heaven because she uses diapers to defecate in. But she types how wonderful she feels about having autism. The other is high functioning. I mean, if you have what you have I think you should be happy with yourself, but the ND crowd are nuts. Guest guest
This is what I think: I think their parents, not knowing what we all know now, told them when they were young that they were precious and God made them that way. So, what are they to do now that we all know they were actually poisoned? I think they should do SOMETHING but I don't know what that is. Ido believe it's just another facet of the cruelty imparted on children and their families, IMO. , FA ~ > > > > Debi, There aren't really any people who are happy about having > > autism. Guest guest
I think we should hook Autism Diva up to a Judge Rottenberg zapper and keep zapping her until she agrees that curing autism is a good idea. Then the rest will start to see reason. > > > > > > Debi, There aren't really any people who are happy about having > > > autism.
