After having a period of little appetite while obsessing over what I ate and

determining I wasn't eating enough, I started grazing more and now some days

am ravenous taking it as a sign that my metabolism has sped up to nourish my

muscles cuz I'm still slimming inches wise but staying at almost the same

weight. It is obvious to me and my clothes that I am building muscle and

burning fat.

Just isn't obvious to the scale or my doctor.

Barb

who didn't like the feeling of no hunger cuz I enjoy food

I know exactly what you are talking about. Ever since I have decided

to stop being so strict and actually eat some of the things I used to

deprive myself of...I have continued to feel like I am getting smaller.

Before I left for the tapings, I had been plateaued between 150-152

lbs and I just couldn't budge it...but I was fitting into smaller

clothes. When I weighed myself this morning, I weighed 148 lbs...which

means I lost 4 lbs while I was at the tapings. While I was there, I by

no means watched what I ate. In fact we had pretty big meals at dinner

each night, although I was eating mostly power bars and Balance bars,

etc. during the day and I was working out pretty hard all of the days.

Anyway, I felt like my muscles were really getting defined and my

clothes were fitting a little loosely. So, yes, I know exactly how you

feel. It's the beauty of tae-bo. You can continue to tone and

re-shape and even though the scale may not be moving....you can fit

into smaller clothes and look better :)

more of an appetite, although even though I know I

should listen to my body I am trying not to eat more

than i have been.

guilty about overeating!
