I gotta say...we saw Marcie at the tapings yesterday, and she looks EVEN BETTER in person! I also met another wonderful woman who works out at 's studio who is 76 and looks fabulous! She has four tap-dancing classes a week, makes children's clothes out of her home, and goes to 's just about every morning. And....here is the kicker....we found out she and I went to the same high school in Minnesota! LOL Susi

They always put me (and a lot of the older people) in the back where we were out of view of the camera and near our water and had room to modify and mess up. I actually talked to Patty about a move during one tape (telling her straighten her back during floor work). You can bring as much water in as you want. I went through 3 bottles, sometimes even pouring it on top of my head. I am notorious for using the restroom every 45 minutes to an hour, but didn't have to during the tapings because the lights and exercise dehydrate you. You'll have a blast and may teach a thing or too. In fact, I remember him pointing to Patty(?) at one point and saying, " Look, she's modifying.
