Guest guest
Hi all - I haven't posted in awhile but have been trying to keep up with all the messages. Sometimes that is QUITE the challenge! I have especially enjoyed reading all the adventures at the live tapings. That does sound like ALOT of fun! Do they ever do any tapings here on the east coast??? I am on Day 18 of the 21dc and have finally begun to see some definition especially in my arms. I don't feel like I've lost any weight and I still don't feel like my clothes are going on any easier yet. I have faith from all of you though, that this WILL happen eventually!! I plan to continue TAE BO after the 21 days as many days a week as I can. Thursdays have been tough since I have class right after work though so that will be my " day off. " I'll get on the scale this coming Sunday to see if there was any weight-loss at all but I doubt it. I also wanted to add a statement to the messages going around about how many calories are burned per hour during TAE BO. On the back of the instructional studio tape it reads " TAE-BO works! Muscle & Fitness related TAE-BO style aerobic kickboxing as the highest calorie-burning workout available today, burning an amazing 800 calories per hour. " So that is quite a different number than the 360 I saw posted earlier. It's hard to know what to believe! Donna )

( still can't get past day 6 or 7 - LOL) As for the Live tapes...I have the Advance Live Series and for the most part I can hear clearly.....There may be a problem with you tapes. (Did you get the starter set w/ BL1, BL2 & BL3? Or did you get the 4-pack...Or did ou buy one individualy????) And is there an audio problem in all of them? My advice would be to have them replaced. It's just not the same without saying, " come on!!! " Good Luck! Tara:)

Donna, Congratulations on completing the 21DC! That is such an accomplishment! Try not to be discouraged about not having lost any weight. You are probably building muscle and so the scale hasn't budged. Do you feel better? Do you have more energy? Are your clothes any looser? Did you notice increased stamina when doing the tapes? If you continue to tae-bo, you will definitely see some results in terms of weight loss, but in the meantime try to focus on what's going on inside and other changes that are happening to you that can't be measured in pounds or inches What volume of Basic Live did you get that has poor sound quality? All of my tapes have good sound except for BL5...and I think almost everyone has sound problems with BL5 (you just have to turn the volume up really loud). If it's not BL5, I'd call tae-bo and have them replace it. They're really good about replacing defective tapes!

Guest guest
Yes, they for sure will replace it. I had a defective AL1...I called the costomer service # and 6 days later I had my new tape...no problems at all. na --- Smile0126@... wrote: > > Well guys, as of yesterday I completed my 21dc and > am proud to say that I did > not miss one single day!!!
