Guest guest
Hi everyone!!! =o ) Wassup?!? This is my 1st time posting with this group. Currently, I'm doing the advanced taebo 5-7 days a week. I made a deal with 2 of my friends that we would workout basically everyday for 8-10 weeks with no excuses except for EXTREME reasons. I'm 21/female/toronto and am currently 5'4/125lbs. I am in desperate need to get my " black butt " and abs in shape for summer. Unfortunately, I don't have that " asian nobutt " that a lot of other asians(koreans) have. I know though that in order to for me to stick with this " diet " I need to have the right frame of mind and do it cuz it's something that I want to do for myself for not only my external appearance however it needs to come from within, ultimately from God. I'm also taking metabolic thyrolean and activpro which will hopefully help me, is anyone else taking it? how long will it take to see results. well, I've been babbling on for too long now, so hopefully I'll hear from you guys soon. lates!!! take care!!! =o ) tigger3 >From: Sandy Fields <diamonique@...> >Reply-tae-bo_onegroups >tae-bo_onegroups >Subject: Re: Interview with >Date: Sat, 19 Feb 2000 09:41:44 -0800 > > >At 08:12 AM 2/19/2000 -0600, wrote: > > >>This link was posted on the taebo board under TQ's section. Guest guest
, Thanks for posting this. Since the vault keeps doing a disappearing act, we should post this every month or so so everyone gets a chance to read it. > > --- <slowens@...> wrote: > > This link was posted on the taebo board under TQ's > > section.
