She's not committed to it. She doesn't want it bad enough to put in the effort. If she ever decides that she's really serious about it, she knows where to find a great workout partner. :-) -- Sandy
Guest guest
mary, it sounds as though your friend is not ready for lifestyle changes... i know i have been that way before, and although you want to change, you are not ready to make the sacrafices necessary to change. let her do her thing, and don't pressure her, it will only make her resent you as your progress shows more and more. when she is truely ready she will come to you and ask for help, let her be for now. ~Nicci ______________________________________________________
Guest guest
, it is very frustrating when you try to help someone with their lifestyle, also trying to get someone to quit smoking (smile) but everyone has to do it in their own time. She will see how awseome you are doing and maybe convert...but you can't make it happen. As would say " she has to use HER will " . na --- ** <mmgraves@...> wrote: > > Me and my neighbour started working out and wanting > to lose weight and > inches the same week. Guest guest
LOL..ok I smoke...I went last week for 36 hours without a cigarette and then had to smoke one! I have to stop smoking. I am not allowed to smoke in boot camp, but I figure that will be about the time I will stop!
