HI EVERYONE!!! =o)

Wassup?!? it's me again, Carol(yn). I was just wondering... I

promised 2 of my friends that we would workout 8-10 weeks basically

everyday. I'm planning on advance TBing it since it's sssooo much fun!

Today is the end of week 3. the first two weeks I did like 5-6 days

however I've done it 8 days in a row now. I'm not feeling sore at all and

I'm seeing some improvements like increased flexibility. just wondering

though, is what I'm doing safe? like is it overtraining even though I'm

not getting sore yet? thanx for your responses!!! =o )
