But between my hour of tae bo, my 20 minutes weights...my countless computer hours and 3 kids, a house to clean, a hubby...I never have time to read. I got the Book One week into starting tae Bo,and have found it VERY Useful--espescially with the positioning of the feet in the Kicks..... I take it Just about everywhere--and NOT Just to Hog s Pecs either-like My Friends think---{eeek!}{Not Really!!!?? Yeh! (no shoulder movement..just look that way!) It is a great book..I'll have my own copy before the book id due back to the library!
