Seriously, if you don't get a massage, think of doing something else good for your body on your mandatory day-off from taebo. You can take a nice walk, do a 1/2 hour or more of stretches, ... . I usually do a full hour of yoga (I started the Yoga Zone video tapes last Nov.) on my day off. My body appreciates the change and the day off really invigorates me for my next taebo workout.
