hi everyone!!! =o )

Wassup?!? I was just wondering... what is this 21DC that everyone

is talking about??? well, everyone keep on having fun and pushing yourself

to your limit and I'll do the same!!! =o )

I think I'm gonna make a seperate section for the 21 DC on the web site!

LOL an explanation and maybe a form so that if you complete a 21 DC you can

add your name to a list.

taebo. You can take a nice walk, do a 1/2 hour or more of stretches, ... . I

usually do a full hour of yoga (I started the Yoga Zone video tapes last Nov.)

on my day off. My body appreciates the change and the day off really

invigorates me for my next taebo workout.
