Only the SSDI and SSI monetary determinations can use the work expense

deductions, I beleive.

It could possibly vary from state to state on the State programs, but I

do know PART D LIS is not as forgiving.

I know that this is new territory, but I just suggest that everyone

investigate this before leaping.

It is much easier to check before, than try to clean up a mess

afterwards
