Hi!!! =o )

Wassup?!? CONGRATS on your accomplishment!!! I know what you mean

about Blanks. He is sssooo inspiring! When I feel like giving up,

his voice just pops into my head and makes me want to keep on going. I

seriously feel that God gave Blanks an awesome gift of

inspiring/pushing ppl and allowing them/us to achieve our best results!

Keep on pushing yourself to the limit and I'll do the same!!! =o )

Hi Ladies,

I just had to share this. I've recently added jogging to my

fitness routine. Real recently actually. I've been jogging every other day

for the last 6 days so this morning was only my 3rd time. Tae bo has done so

much to help me in getting in better shape and I didn't realize how much

until I went jogging for the first time the other day. I've tried to jog

before but never made it farther than a 1/4 mile. Now for the brag: 6 days

ago- my 1 mile jog took me 15 minutes to complete. This morning (3rd x) My 1

mile jog took me 11 1/2 min's!!! I'm so happy! I couldn't believe I went that

much faster already! It was very difficult though. I wasn't sure if I was

going to be able to make it but I did. I had to think of in the

advanced tape saying " focus " & " you have to push yourself " . I will try to

maintain this pace for the next week or so and then I will try to improve. I

just had to share. :) Ang

Wow, that is so great! That is an incredible improvement! You will

continue to notice improvements in both your speed and how far you can

run, just remember not to do too much, too soon. Continue to push

yourself, but don't kill yourself. I remember when I first started

running, I wanted to increase the distance by big amounts and I think

it's only recommended to increase 10% each week. I'm not sure about

time, I guess you just run as fast as you can and you'll see

improvement. Congratulations...that is a great achievement!

Hi Ang!

That is outstanding!!!! How did this end up under the " Slight Brag "

heading? Ok, you told us a GREAT BRAG..we're still waiting for the

slight one. ;)
