Wish you luck but personally, I think your goal and timeframe may be

unrealistic or even unhealthy

I found doing the Basic then the Advanced floorwork was a great combo

but start out with less reps !!!

Barb

who thinks it helped get me ready to try the Advanced work-outs too

I woudl be going to boot camp in May. I have considered OCS though. Some

people that have been in the military say that I should be enlisted for

awhile before I try to become an Officer though. They have said that you get

more respect being enlisted first. Thanks for the positive vibes.

Thankd for the reminders about water! Mike says he is going to measure out

how much water I need to drink everyday and put it in a gallon jug so I will

know where I am at. I figure I need to drink about 90 oz a day (whew!)

Have one more question for you guys...I need to work on my abs. Is it OK and

relitivly safe for me to do the Basic video and then do just the abs portion

of the advanced video?

Great idea, ! Just go slow the first time or so to get the correct

form (it's hard to see the TV when you are on your hands and knees).

Pause and stop the tape to get the right position. Personnally, I find

the ab work the easiest to learn in terms of new moves because you don't

have to worry about balance, coordination, ... . You WILL get a good

workout from the floor work, guaranteed!
