I don't know why i was having such a problem...Anyhow, I created a screen name (TaeBoMom22) so now i no longer have to specify who I am. Lots of you don't know me so here's my story... I started tae-bo January 12,2000 after I had a miscarriage. I vowed to be in the best possible shape I can before trying to get pregnant again. I've had one set back that went on for 6 days but during that time I only gained one pound so I am sure that tae bo has done a lot for me already (elevating my metabolism,building muscle,increasing definition and more) Actually, until last night, I didn't realize how much more in shape i am in. The best ever and I've only been doing this a little over a month. Last night my husband and I set out to go for an evening walk. We were stretching beforehand and I asked my husband () " I wonder how far we could jog? " Jogging was something we used to do together when we made an attempt to lose weight last year. To make a long story short, I jogged an entire mile. That's much farther than I ever went before even when jogging was part of my regular exercise routine. I am so proud. I can't believe I went that far! Then this morning I went jogging again and then did weight training (45 minutes) I needed a break from tae bo. My lower back has been giving me trouble. I love tae bo! I didn't even realize how much it has done for me until I went jogging! I plan to jog 3 times per week now. Hopefully this will help me from plateauing! spelling?! oh well...thanks for listening. By the way, I have lost 10 pounds so far and definitely gained strength and muscle mass!
