Guest guest
Hi Everybody - I'm new to the group and would like to tell you a little bit about myself. I am 46 years old and have had some TAE BO tapes for a year or so now. At first I was very motivated but with my work schedule quickly fell off the wagon. Throughout the year I would start back up but never gave it much of a chance to work. One problem I have is I jump on the scale every morning and when I didn't see results I became very discouraged. I know I shouldn't do that but it's a bad habit I need to break. One thing I did feel instantly though was MORE energy so if nothing else, that should keep me going. I want to lose 36 pounds and with your support I now feel I have the motivation to do so. I started back on Sunday and Monday with the basic tape and have plans to do it as soon as I get home tonight. I hear people talk about the 21 Day Challenge but am not sure what that is. I am assuming that it means to try and do at least one of the tapes for 21 days straight and that you'll see results. I'd appreciate any information on that if anyone has any. I would like to try to do a tape for 21 days and THEN get on the scale. I will write again after that point and let you know my progress. Good luck with your goals as well. Congrats for getting back at it..Tae-Bo can and will give you what you are looking for, and much much more than you would expect...it's up to you to push play and accept what it does have to offer. You will find tons of encouragement here and I hope that helps you along the way. Please keep in touch!
Guest guest
- Thanks for the welcome. Your words of encouragement mean alot to me! I am attempting the 21DC and am on day four. The one thing I notice already is that I have SO much more energy than a week ago. And I did notice that my skirt was just a tad easier to pull on this am!!! Nothing drastic yet and I'm avoiding the scale until the 22nd day so I'll let you know what the weight loss was on that day. Thanks again!!
