Tip for water....I drink Crystal Light! It has 5 calories per serving but if

you really can't get down water then it is great. I find myself drinking at

least 72+ of it everyday and of course running to the bathroom every half an

hour!

Buy yourself a timer and set it for an hour at a time, drink and 8 oz glass

of water each time it goes off by the end of the day you'll have had your

water. It takes getting used to and alot of trips to the bathroom but you

will get used to it.
