This is amazing to me

Ok normally when I have my monthly I get very sick 3 days

before 5 days I am on and 3 days after. So for almost 2 weeks I am sick

as a dog with headachs, crapms, nausha, and I am pretty much in bed the

whole time. While to my supprise I started today and I am not sick at

all!!!!!! This is the best I have felt at this time of the month in

years! I have tried everthing to stop being so sick at this time and

nothing worked at all. I know it is the Tae-Bo cuz it is the only thing

different that I have been doing. I just felt so good had to tell

someone.

That's great!! Evry month I make sure I have Aleve on hand!! If not I'd be

layingin bed with cramps the entire time!!
