Guest guest
, I live in Florida, West Fort Lauderdale, and in Broward County. The ESE programs for 'our' guys is okay. It is not perfect. Then again what program is? My son's program is like a glorified babysitting program. He is in a good school, is safe, and is happy to go. You have to think of what your child's skills are and your goals for their future. For my son's skills and goals, the school is ok. Questions yourself? What program would be perfect or right for your child (perfection is a state of mind)? Some people are happy and others are not. For me, having unlimited resources would be the ideal for my son. Then we could pick and choose whatever we want! Reminds me, I need to play Lotto. Try to find out the area or county that you are thinking about moving to. Then Google the schools in that area and contact their ESE Departments. Find out about the teachers and their credentials. See the school's web site. If you are using a realtor, they should be able to find out the schools in the area too. A while back, I thought I heard about a school in or around Orlando that had some sort of integration school for typical children and for Autistic children. Not sure? Good Luck! I've heard so many varying reports, but mostly negative. thanks Your E-mail and More On-the-Go. Get Windows Live Hotmail Free. Sign up now.
