Guest guest
Dear , Thank you for your input and the hope for better times!!! I am glad your daughter is doing well. Great news! Could you tell me what meds she is on? And a little of what didn't work, etc... This is the hardest time for us so far in that I don't know if she has or is developing tourette's. I don't know if it is meds or what and her behavior is so crazy! I live in fear of her. Shockingly, she has been able to play with some friends. Her hands are so raw from washing. Toight her facial tics came back a bunch. So disturbing to wathc, when they have never been there before. This has been a winter vacation from you know where. Regarding the hairline, you have heard of temporary hair loss?? I know I have noticed it when she was on paxil a little, but the zoloft is very noticable when her hair is pulled back. You are right; it is very disturbing. On the zoloft it just seems to be getting worse and worse, though. I mentioned to the doctor that I am allergic to zoloft, but I didn't make a huge point of it. I broke out in a rash. Also, it was too activating for me. But I am a slow metabolizer and do well on 2.5mg lexapro. I will tell him about this tomorrow. And with her knee, we are watching it. It just seems weird to me that she went on zoloft in August and her knee starting bothering her sometime in September. Too many bad things for her with this drug. I sure hope tonight is better. My husband and I are preparing ourselves for battle......Thank you!!! Ellen
