Guest guest
Hi Pat, I tried to reply to your post, but I guess has changed...? I don't get online much and when I do I try to get the junk out of my inbox...don't get much else done. Anyway, has actually been doing pretty good, ups and downs with his Tics, but he is sleeping good now, since he CRASHED big time Christmas night, after weeks of very little sleep and lots of super hyperactivity, resulting in my mini poodles leg being broken by him trying to walk by as he was spinning wildly in November. The dog still has a stabilizing apparatus attached to his leg by pins and a rod down the center of his bone. The bone split lengthwise. It has been a long road for him. Anyway after crashed he slept for almost 2 weeks, getting up to eat, drink, use the bathroom or if I had to wake him to go somewhere. I was concerned, but his Heilkunstler said that sleep is healing. He has since had only 2 nights of sleeplessness which is phenomenal! he is sleeping normally and sometimes a little more, but that tells me he is "on the mend." I have also cut way back on sweets, which seems to help. Lindy
