If someone isn't using a system that allows a cheat now and then and has a minimum caloric intake like WW's or RS's Foodmover, it becomes way too easy to obsess about even eating the stuff that should be eaten. Guest guest
Kicks are getting better..I have a finger tip on the chair when I do them and the back kick is coming along fine now. Yes, i did get my appetite back...although yesterday I ate almost all day and thought that I had ate alot only to end up finding out that I only had 1200 calories and 19.8 grams of fat. I started drinking water a lot more too. Hubby just gave me lunch a tuna fish sandwich with lots of regular Mayo on it (2 tablespoons) Of course I have only eaten half of it. Lately I have been sticking t chicken, veggies, rice kind of thing.Oh and pretzels..I love pretzels!!
