I also quit in the middle of the last one

I think this obsession with what we put in our mouths (or not put in our

mouths) can be more damaging to our overall fitness than the evil scale.

If someone isn't using a system that allows a cheat now and then and has a

minimum caloric intake like WW's or RS's Foodmover, it becomes way too easy

to obsess about even eating the stuff that should be eaten.

Less is not always better

More is not always worse

who if had lost weight when losing my appetite may have been on the way

towards a mild eating disorder and is still drinking water, kegeling,

exercising daily, giving family more attention, sucking in abs, and voting

for Stan's (Sandy's) site.

That's great news..it sounds like your body is responding to the

I re-watched the Basic video last night...I know we are going to do the

Intro till we really have it down, but I am SO excited to get to the Basic

video!! I can't wait to see what my body looks lik in another month. I never

thought that my body would react like this to Tae-Bo..I mean, I wished it

Kicks are getting better..I have a finger tip on the chair when I do them

and the back kick is coming along fine now. Yes, i did get my appetite

back...although yesterday I ate almost all day and thought that I had ate

alot only to end up finding out that I only had 1200 calories and 19.8 grams

of fat. I started drinking water a lot more too. Hubby just gave me lunch a

tuna fish sandwich with lots of regular Mayo on it (2 tablespoons) Of course

I have only eaten half of it. Lately I have been sticking t chicken,

veggies, rice kind of thing.Oh and pretzels..I love pretzels!!
