Hi all,

Just wanted to let you know that we took J to the new Dr. tonight. I think I might like her.......so far. She talked to me for about an hour before she met J. She wanted to know all about him and how he was when he was little etc........ I told her about his high sugar and the apraxa and about how he is losing some hair.

She wantsto see J in a month and she wants me to get a blood workup done on his tyroid(sp)? to see if that could be why he is losing some hair. I told her about how J use to be on resperdal but I took him off because he got Tardive dsycanisa (sp) off of it. She said there is a med to couteract against that! I told her I never had heard of it before. We talked about J's anxiety and she said It seems like J hits when he is having anxiety and maybe we would try something that would last all day for anxiety. She wants to get the bloodwork back first before she does anything else. At least she took the time to ask about JJ thruout his lifetime. She didn't rush me and seemed nice. I will keep you updated on it.
