It's been raining lightly off and on for days but that doesn't stop the parades and Mardi Gras.

9AM and people are partying in the streets or they are left-overs from last night.

Nothing like wall to wall - sidewalk to sidewalk of people partying in the French Quarter and on Bourbon Street where Anything Goes.

Every year the local news channels and the newspaper shows all the people with hangovers lining up for Ashes on Ash Wednesday.

We party hardy than repent.
