A friend is pretty much resistant to the current drugs and his doc wants to put him on TMC125 Merck Integrase inhibitor The question is what to add with it. Doc's suggestions are Prezista (darunavir) or Aptivus (tipranavir) Possibly with low dose stavudine (Zerit). OR T20/Fuzeon Any thoughts?
