Guest guest
I have been so mad this week so I did not have a chance to check the board. You see, its well, my youngest son. I cannot believe what he did, so I had to yell at him. I hope the group here can help my son or suggest to me what I can do with my yougest son Anyway, My wife is from California and I am from Las Vegas. Now we are both live in Las Vegas. Yes if I have a opportunity for treatment I will get treated. Thanks Rich > Again Welcome > > Your wife is from the US may I ask where you are from and are you now living in the US ??? > > If you have the opportunity for treatment and feel it is right for you I wish you the best of luck. > > The theory now is to treat and treat early before permanent damage is done and to halt or slow up the inflammation process that leads to other complications and stages. > > Here in group it doesn't matter how you contracted HCV we don't ask or if a person has a co-infection of HCV/HIV. Guest guest
Hi Chick! :-) Yep, I guess I should be thankful that I do know about this now so I can be careful. My real concern with the kids are my fingernail clippers which we've always shared and birth, of course. If my theory is correct I could've had this for approx 15 yrs. I sure am going to miss my weekend 2 glasses of red wine. <pout> But I guess I would rather be sure to be around for my boys over my desire for wine. Funny, my doc didn't say not to have an ocassional glass of wine, said it was ok. Everything I've read says NO alcohol. Have a great weekend & thanks again. Take care, > Hi Toots > > We know it's scary and stressful having HCV not knowing the how and when especially while trying to raise a family. > > For piece of mind and for the results many of us have had our kids and loved ones tested for HCV. > > It is only a very small percentage or possibility of contracting HCV from us if we are careful but it is still a very scary thought. > > I contracted HCV almost 30 years ago not knowing I had it until a few years before my transplant. > > I raised 2 kids and went through 2 husbands not knowing it and not taking any recommended precautions just living life normally. > > They All Thank God are HCV Free at this time. > > Love and Hugs. > > Take Care and God Bless. > > Deb
